As a part of summer internship, I took a part in building a mobile application (Android/IOS) for educational purposes. with the goal of introducing a new approach of learning where we use new technologies to improve the education methods. We used the Scrum methodology to produce a robust and scalable application that might increase efficiency.

As a part of summer internship, I took a part in leading the development of a web mobile application for IMG Security with the goal of managing staff and orders within the company IMG Security. We used the Scrum methodology to produce a robust and scalable application that might increase efficiency. The ultimate product was a user-friendly program that could manage people, allocate tasks, and track work orders.

As a developer, I successfully designed and developed a customer service and support system application as part of my end-of-studies project. The entire project was completed remotely and I used ASP.NET Core for the design, and development of the functionalities. The result was a comprehensive customer service solution that offered users a seamless and efficient way to communicate with the support team, track their requests, and receive quick and accurate solutions to their issues. This application helped to improve customer satisfaction and streamline the support process, enabling the company to deliver outstanding customer service.

My team, comprised of Saber Ben Ali, Ghada Louhichi, and myself, achieved first place in the OpenGovDataHackathon2023, an event jointly organized by the World Bank, Ministry of Education in Tunisia, and the Electronic Governance Unit, among others. Throughout the intensive three-day competition, we faced formidable opposition from numerous talented teams. However, we were able to distinguish ourselves through our innovative approach and unwavering dedication. Our primary focus was on reshaping the future of education with our project entitled "New Generation-مدرسة دودي." Our victorious mobile application offers a range of features, including engaging short videos that deliver interactive and educational content for children. Additionally, it incorporates interactive storytelling and quizzes to assess their learning progress.

held on March 3rd and 4th, 2023, at the Laico Hotel in Tunis. Being recognized as
the first-place winner was a tremendous honor for our team.
Our challenge during the event was to design and develop "Sah-Tek".
SAH-TEK is a web/mobile application designed for monitoring chronic patients,
offering features like a digital medical pillbox,
therapeutic compliance tracking, remote progress monitoring, and digital medical
records.
I was part of a team that designed "Helmetna", a crowdfunding solution focused on financial and social inclusion. Our goal was to create an inclusive platform that would empower individuals and communities to take control of their financial futures by connecting them with a global network of supporters. We leveraged cutting-edge technologies and design principles to create a user-friendly and accessible solution . Our hard work and dedication paid off when "Helmetna" received the Third award in the regional "Hack4Inclusion" Hackathon held by Poste Tunisia and the World Bank. This recognition was a testament to the impact of our proposed solution and the positive difference that can make in the lives of people in our community.
As a developer, I partnered with my friend Saber Ben Ali to create a mobile application called "My-Ticket" for the House of Culture Chebba. The goal of the application was to digitize activities and events and make it easier for people to purchase tickets. We leveraged the latest mobile technologies to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform that would help the House of Culture Chebba reach a wider audience and promote cultural events in the community. Our hard work and dedication paid off when "My-Ticket" was awarded the First prize in the national competition for cultural centers, showcasing our ability to develop innovative solutions that make a positive impact in the cultural world.
